DESCRIPTION:Beneficiaries:- 850+ Female Students and School Faculty \n     \nProject Category: Community Service — Youth Welfare & Mental Health\nProject Chair: Secretary Jignesh Chabhadiya (Basic Education & Literacy Chair)\nExpert Speaker: Rishika Agarwal (RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Founder\, Mind’s Park Clinic) \nOn 19th August 2026\, the Rotary & Rotaract Club of Surat Diamond City successfully executed Phase 2 of our school-based youth mental health and child safety campaign at Ambaba Girls School. Titled “Growing up is Confusing – And That’s Okay\,” the seminar was specifically designed for high school girls navigating the complex psychological\, physiological\, and emotional transitions of adolescence. \nLed by clinical psychologist Rishika Agarwal\, the interactive workshop provided an open\, safe\, and age-appropriate forum for the girls. The curriculum addressed healthy emotional boundaries\, neuropsychological stress management\, and self-protection guidelines.
