The project was designed to guide and support students in overcoming examination-related fear\, stress\, and anxiety while promoting confidence\, positivity\, and mental well-being. \n\nProject Details: \nThe awareness session was conducted from 04:15 PM to 04:45 PM and was thoughtfully curated to address the emotional and psychological challenges faced by students during examinations. \n\nSchool Principal: Mrs. Mona Desai\nStudent Leaders Involved: IT. Saina Ali Khan – President (2025–26)\, IT. Dhruvi Patel – Secretary (2025–26)\nTeam Advisor: Sejal Chaudhary\n\n\nKey Focus Areas: \n\nUnderstanding exam fear and academic pressure\nIdentifying causes of stress and anxiety among students\nPractical stress-management techniques\nEncouraging self-belief and a positive mindset\nCreating a healthy approach towards examinations\n\n\nParticipation & Impact: \n\nActive participation from students and teachers of Ambaba Girls School\nStudents openly shared their concerns related to exams\nEnhanced awareness about mental health and emotional balance\nStudents learned practical methods to handle stress and perform with confidence\n\n\nAcknowledgement: \nThe project DISHA was sponsored by Rotary Club of Surat Diamond City and co-sponsored by Rotaract Club of Surat Diamond City. DESCRIPTION:A Box Cricket Tournament was successfully organized jointly by the Rotary Club and Rotaract Club on 9 January 2026\, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\, in an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere. \nMembers from both Rotary and Rotaract actively participated in the tournament and thoroughly enjoyed the matches. The primary objective of the event was to promote fellowship\, teamwork\, sportsmanship\, and mutual bonding among members\, which was achieved successfully. \nAll participants played with great enthusiasm while maintaining discipline and adhering to the rules of the game. The event witnessed a positive and cheerful environment\, reflecting the true spirit and values of Rotary and Rotaract. \nThe tournament concluded on a high note\, strengthening relationships among members and encouraging active participation in future fellowship and sports activities.
