250+ trees were distributed among school students, each committing to personally care for their sapling ,Trees planted on school premises to create a lasting green environment , A new initiative focusing on “One Student, One Tree” – building lifelong responsibility and connection with nature, Active participation of Presidents, Secretaries, and members from Rotary, Rotaract, and Inner Wheel clubs, Joyful involvement of teachers and school children, making it a community celebration of sustainability
This project planted the seeds of a green future – both literally and figuratively. With students nurturing their own saplings, it marked a transformational shift from mere participation to personal commitment toward environmental stewardship.

Rotary Club of Surat Diamond City proudly launches Project: Sakhi Suraksha – Sanitary Pad Distribution Program, an initiative dedicated to promoting women’s health, dignity, and empowerment. Through this project, we aim to provide access to hygienic sanitary pads to underprivileged women and young girls, while also spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene. Eye Screening Camp
Rotary Club of Surat Diamond City is organizing a Free Eye Screening Camp dedicated to promoting healthy vision and early detection of eye-related issues.
