President Rtn Haresh Bhimani Hoisted the flag, Secretary Rtn Satyam Sagar,Rtn Atul Pathakji, Past Secretary Rtn Babu kavathia, Innerwheel Surat Diamond City President Usha Sagar, Innerwheel members Geeta Dobaria, Mrs Neeta, Anju Bambhania attended the ceremony.
