Project Overview:
Under the flagship project DISHA, the Rotary, Rotaract, and Inner Wheel Club of Surat Diamond City successfully conducted an awareness program on Examphobia at Ambaba Girls School. The project was designed to guide and support students in overcoming examination-related fear, stress, and anxiety while promoting confidence, positivity, and mental well-being.
Project Details:
The awareness session was conducted from 04:15 PM to 04:45 PM and was thoughtfully curated to address the emotional and psychological challenges faced by students during examinations.

- Active participation from students and teachers of Ambaba Girls School
- Students openly shared their concerns related to exams
- Enhanced awareness about mental health and emotional balance
- Students learned practical methods to handle stress and perform with confidence

The project DISHA was sponsored by Rotary Club of Surat Diamond City and co-sponsored by Rotaract Club of Surat Diamond City. The wholehearted support of school authorities, Rotary family members, and volunteers played a vital role in the success of this impactful initiative.
Conclusion:
DISHA – Project on Examphobia successfully created a positive and supportive environment for students, helping them face examinations with clarity, confidence, and calmness. The project reflects Rotary’s continued commitment to youth development and mental well-being.
