The Rotaract Club Of Surat Diamond City Organized the The Sweater Vitaran ( वेटर वतरण) initiative was launched to provide warmth and comfort to
underprivileged children and elderly during the winter season. The project involved distributing high-quality sweaters to those in need, especially in rural
and low-income communities. The aim was to ensure that no individual faces the harsh winter without proper clothing.
